As part of the Lending team, you will work across the entire Lending journey—from customer targeting, acquisition and partner performance to operations, customer experience, and business growth. You'll work closely with Product, Risk, Marketing, as well as Lending Partners to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and execute high-impact initiatives.

Own and solve high-impact business problems across the digital lending journey.

Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion, partner performance, and operational efficiency.

Develop customer segmentation frameworks to drive targeted acquisition, engagement, and conversion strategies.

Work with lending partners to understand business performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements.

Analyze customer journeys across digital and assisted channels, including call center interactions, to improve customer experience and business outcomes.

Design and measure experiments, new initiatives, and process changes, and translate learnings into scalable solutions.

Develop business dashboards and performance metrics that enable faster and better decision-making.

Bring fresh ideas by combining customer insights, market trends, and data to unlock new growth opportunities.

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive execution from idea to implementation.

Present clear, data-backed recommendations to senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.

5–9 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, Consulting, Business Operations, Growth, or similar roles.

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data to commercial outcomes.

Advanced SQL & Python skills; experience with BI tools is preferred.

Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills.

Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence without authority.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and taking ownership beyond defined responsibilities.

Experience in fintech, lending, banking, consumer internet, or other high-growth businesses is preferred.

Thinks beyond reporting and proactively identifies opportunities.

Challenges the status quo and brings new ideas backed by data.

Balances analytical thinking with execution and business judgment.

Is equally comfortable discussing strategy with leadership and diving deep into data when required.

Takes ownership of outcomes, not just analysis.
