We're hiring a Head of Growth to lead our marketing and user acquisition strategy. We're looking for a strategic, data-driven leader with a passion for innovation and impact.

You'll define and execute growth initiatives and align brand, product, and performance marketing.

Must have growth leadership experience in crypto
Strong performance marketing and funnel optimisation skills
Creative mindset with a bias for experimentation and action
Deep understanding of community-led and Web3 growth
Proven ability to build and lead remote, high-energy teams
Data-driven approach paired with strong brand instincts
Collaborative, execution-focused, and user-obsessed
