About the Role

The Google Ads Suspension Specialist plays a key role in helping businesses recover from one of the most critical issues they can face: Google Ads account suspensions. In this role, you’ll audit client accounts and websites, identify compliance issues, and craft detailed appeals to Google to reinstate suspended accounts. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients during a stressful time, providing clear communication, empathy, and expert problem-solving.

While prior experience fixing Google Ads suspensions is a strong advantage, the client provides comprehensive training to ensure your success. You’ll work closely with senior specialists before managing your own portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit Google Ads accounts and client websites to identify policy violations or compliance issues.
• Prepare and submit detailed, accurate appeals to Google for account reinstatement.
• Communicate empathetically and professionally with business owners and marketing managers.
• Manage multiple client cases simultaneously, prioritizing based on urgency and impact.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to continuously improve strategies and processes.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all client interactions and appeal progress.
• Stay current with Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices.

• 2+ years of experience with Google Ads (required): ability to navigate accounts and understand platform structure.

• Strong attention to detail, precision and accuracy are crucial for successful appeals.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients under stress.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working remotely, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
• Previous experience in Google Ads policy compliance or account reinstatement is a strong plus.
