Position Overview

We’re hiring a German Call Center Agent for a remote, full-time or part-time role . As a Call Center Agent at Sympatel Telemarketing DOO Bitola, you’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, offer product/service information, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in German (B2 level or higher).
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• No prior customer service experience required—we provide training!
• Ability to multitask and handle work under pressure.
• Basic computer skills.
