Role Overview:
As a Full-Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for leading the development of the MVP and early product by architecting, building, and scaling the core platform, including real-time routing, embedded video infrastructure, and frontend widget/console experiences. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role building the product from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the real-time dispatch system using technologies like Redis or similar.
• Integrate and/or build WebRTC video infrastructure (LiveKit, Daily, or Twilio) for embedded, token-based instant joins.
• Build the backend services, APIs, and data models that power the platform.
• Develop a responsive frontend widget and agent console using modern frameworks (React, etc.).
• Ship the first usable product quickly and iterate with real users.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on product strategy, architecture, and feature decisions.

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of real-time systems (WebSockets, WebRTC, pub/sub, Redis).
• Experience architecting and shipping SaaS products end-to-end.
• Proficiency in Node.js / Go / similar backend stack, Postgres, Redis.
• Strong frontend skills with React or a similar modern framework.
• Experience with AWS or Fly.io, CloudFront, CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable with zero-to-one startup environments and fast iteration.
• Bonus: prior experience with video, chat, or live routing systems.
