Freelance Trademark & Brand Name Specialist (Germany)

Online school "Abakus" is an innovative e-learning company that specializes in providing personalized tutoring and educational resources to students.

We are looking for a freelance trademark specialist based in Germany to assist with brand name registration and trademark searches for our international education company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct availability checks for company/brand names in Germany.
• Assist with trademark registration (wordmarks, possibly logos).
• Provide guidance on the registration process and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with German trademark laws.

Project Scope:

• Short-term freelance collaboration (project-based).
• Remote work.

• Proven experience in trademark registration in Germany.
• Knowledge of DPMA (German Patent and Trade Mark Office) procedures.
• Ability to conduct clearance searches for brand names.
• Fluent in English (working language). German is a plus.
• Preferably based in Germany.
