About the Role

Our client is a US consumer outreach and prospecting platform that is redefining how brands find and engage new customers. Their platform leverages 11 billion datapoints and 240 million US consumer prediction profiles to provide intelligent automated matching and multi-touch B2C outreach. The company recently raised $5 million in funding.

They are seeking a Founding Product Engineer to build and ship full-stack features that power their AI-driven outreach platform. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll lay the foundation of the entire technology stack, influence product direction, and turn massive datasets into real customer impact.

What You'll Do

• Lay the foundation of the technology stack and product, shipping top-to-bottom features to production.
• Take ownership of large-scale email automation, focusing on high-volume emailing and dynamic campaign management.
• Work closely with the CTO to build and iterate on a recommendation/predictive engine that automates scheduling and programmatic decision-making.
• Develop and implement data processing solutions for large datasets, incorporating elements of lookalike audience modeling and responsive decision-making.
• Implement state-of-the-art AI advancements and experiment with data science concepts to add leverage to your work.
• Contribute significantly to shaping both the technology stack and company culture as an early, impactful hire.

• 3-8 years of experience as a full-stack or backend engineer.
• A passion for working in a hands-on, founding role with end-to-end feature ownership.
• Experience or strong interest in large-scale data processing, AI/ML concepts, and high-volume systems (like email automation).
