Responsibilities
Input all new sites into the CMMS (Fexa) as sites are opened; periodically audit the system for accurate information
Review Lease Agreements for new sites; extract information pertaining to Landlord repair responsibilities and Tenant repair responsibilities; record in shared database
Communicate with Landlords to obtain site specific information as needed
Assist team with handling waste removal issues that arise; increase frequency of pickups as requested and record new schedules in database
Receive, manage and track repair and purchase requests from existing Gopuff warehouse field teams in Fexa ticketing system.
Obtain competitive bids and hire contractors/vendors to complete necessary repairs.
Push contractors/vendors to complete projects within certain timelines.
Communicate with Landlords on repairs that fall under Landlord responsibility.
Conduct regular site visit travel to Micro-Fulfillment Centers (MFCs) nationally to audit facility conditions, inspect ongoing/completed repairs, verify vendor performance quality, and build relationships with field leadership.
Maintain and track budget vs. actual costs for each job or purchase.
Communicate with General Managers and field teams on upcoming repairs and projects.
Help implement Preventative Maintenance programs including pest control, HVAC, refrigeration, fire safety.
Work in collaboration with other departments to help achieve our goals.
Skills
Ability and willingness to travel 2–5 days per month (including overnight travel via plane/car) to visit assigned MFC sites across the country.
Basic knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration preferred
Experience with commercial leases preferred
Strong communication and organization skills
Experience managing consultants and 3rd party property management vendors
Handle emergency situations quickly to minimize business changes in the field
Strong customer service and vendor relationship building skills
2+ years of relevant experience preferred
Willing to work nights and weekend shifts
Compensation
Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, interview performance, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Exceptions may be made for exceptional individuals. For additional information on this role’s compensation package, please reach out to the designated recruiter for this role.
This role is eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus and participation in Gopuff’s equity incentive plan.
Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000
