Team

The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of our gaming and consumer apps, keeping Voodoo at the forefront of the mobile industry. The team plays a key role in Voodoo’s long-term strategy, enabling both product diversification and a state-of-the-art growth engine to distribute and scale our apps. We design pragmatic solutions ranging from simple search optimizations to complex machine learning systems.

We are looking for an Experienced Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making, and working closely with stakeholders to drive growth. By joining this team, you will directly impact Voodoo’s marketing and monetization strategies and help scale our apps to hundreds of millions of users.

Role

As an Experienced Data Analyst in charge of the User Acquisition scope, you will:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Growth team to optimize marketing and monetization performance.

• Analyze large, complex datasets representing the behavior of millions of online and mobile game players.

• Develop dashboards and reports that foster a shared understanding of growth performance and key business metrics.

• Contribute to building and improving data pipelines to meet evolving business needs.

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing detail and speed of execution.
  

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in analytical roles, ideally within a fast-paced tech, gaming, or consumer app company.

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.

• Hands-on experience with a modern visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mixpanel).

• Familiarity with DBT and Python is a plus.

• Comfortable liaising with stakeholders, presenting insights clearly, and supporting business decision-making.

• Knowledge of A/B testing and statistical analysis is an advantage.
