Role Overview

The Operations Executive Assistant / Growth Marketing professional will serve as the right hand to the founder — managing executive operations, and global outreach strategies.

This hybrid role blends executive assistance and growth marketing, ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented operator who thrives in startup environments. You’ll help scale the founder’s bandwidth, coordinate global engineering talent, and grow the brand’s digital presence in deep tech circles.

Your Impact

  • Optimize executive operations through systems, scheduling, and proactive communication.
  • Enhance founder and company brand visibility through social and professional platforms.
  • Manage logistics, events, and marketing coordination to amplify reach and efficiency.
  • Serve as a key execution partner across multiple business initiatives.

Core Responsibilities

Executive & Operational Management – 70%

  • Manage executive calendar and inbox to maintain alignment and inbox zero.
  • Track action items, project updates, and follow-through across departments.
  • Maintain dashboards and documentation for visibility on key initiatives.
  • Support strategic planning, relocation logistics, and special projects.

Brand & Growth Marketing – 15%

  • Manage founder’s LinkedIn presence and brand strategy.
  • Create or coordinate social content, visuals, and engagement efforts.
  • Maintain CRM (Cloze) for all business and networking contacts.

Events & Travel Coordination – 10%

  • Coordinate logistics for high-impact events and industry conferences (e.g., CES).
  • Manage travel bookings, itineraries, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Support all-hands agendas and internal event communication.

Personal & Lifestyle Management – 5%

  • Assist with travel planning, budgeting, and household organization as needed.
  • Support family logistics or health tracking systems occasionally.

Requirements

Must-Have (Required):

  • 4+ years of experience supporting C-level or founder executives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, communication, and priorities.
  • Strong writing and communication skills — professional, polished, and empathetic.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient with CRMs, project management, and outreach tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to build systems and workflows in dynamic environments.
  • Positive energy, initiative, and accountability-driven mindset.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred):

  • Experience supporting founders in technical, engineering, or R&D environments.
  • Experience with LinkedIn growth and brand building.
  • Familiarity with Gem, Dripify, Notion, Asana, and Cloze CRM.
  • Exposure to hardware, health tech, or clean energy startups.
  • Previous success managing projects, operations, or event logistics.
