Role Overview
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to the CEO and a critical connector across the leadership team. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving complex problems, and can easily switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution. The ideal candidate will bring structure, focus, and operational excellence to every layer of the organization.
Your Impact
You’ll streamline operations, drive accountability, and ensure the CEO and leadership team execute on their most important priorities. Your work will directly contribute to organizational efficiency, strategic clarity, and company-wide alignment.
Core Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel, and meeting preparation.
- Prioritize and gatekeep incoming requests and communications.
- Ensure the CEO is consistently briefed, focused, and working on high-leverage initiatives.
Internal Coordination
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal teams.
- Track follow-ups, decisions, and action items across meetings.
- Drive accountability and maintain momentum on key organizational initiatives.
External Interface
- Coordinate investor, partner, and media communications.
- Draft and refine decks, briefing documents, and key correspondence.
- Represent the company with professionalism and discretion in all external interactions.
Ops & Special Projects
- Own one-off strategic projects (e.g., fundraising prep, hiring coordination, offsite planning).
- Build and optimize systems for communication, documentation, and decision-making.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve them to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Proven experience in strategy, operations, consulting, venture capital, or startup environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and emotionally intelligent.
- Strong ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice-to-Have:
- Crypto-native or deeply curious about Web3 and blockchain technology.
