Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, high-integrity Executive Assistant to support both our professional and personal priorities. This is a high-trust, high-impact role where you’ll work directly with both principals in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. We value someone who is resourceful, tech-savvy, and forward-thinking, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and manage tasks independently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
  • Own projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Prepare summaries, briefings, and status updates.
  • Conduct research on vendors, travel, services, and related needs.
  • Manage simple budgets, expenses, and property-related spreadsheets.
  • Oversee household service providers and vendor appointments.
  • Provide light IT support for Mac, PC, and iOS devices and systems.

Work Schedule - M – F 8am – 6pm EST

Please note, You may occasionally receive emails over the weekend. Being aware of your schedule and able to assist with time-sensitive matters is important.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe PDF, and AI tools.
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
  • Flexibility to occasionally align with Eastern Time (Miami) hours.
  • Experience with platforms like Notion is a plus, though not required.
