About the Role

RemotePass is expanding into new markets worldwide, and this role sits at the heart of that growth. You'll own establishing new RemotePass entities and keeping existing ones in good standing.

It's a hands-on, delivery-focused role for a natural go-getter who gets things over the line. For each new market, you'll work with a small cross-functional team spanning legal, finance, and operations, driving the work from scoping through to a fully operational entity. You'll project-manage every stage and work closely with senior stakeholders, including our CEO. Once an entity is live, you'll ensure a clean handover to the operational team and oversee ongoing renewals.

You don't need to be a qualified lawyer, but you should be comfortable operating in a legal and compliance environment, understand what incorporation and licensing involves, and finding efficient ways to get the work done.

The role offers real scope to grow, with opportunities to contribute to wider legal, compliance, and operations initiatives as your remit develops.

What You'll Do

  • Manage our global entity lifecycle. Own entity setup and maintenance globally, from market scoping through corporate governance, statutory compliance, and restructuring where needed. Direct a cross-functional team across legal, finance, and operations, owning the plan and delivery at every stage.
  • Engage senior stakeholders. Keep leadership (including the CEO), internal teams, and external partners aligned through clear progress reporting. Surface risks early and drive decisions to keep projects moving.
  • Navigate governance and regulatory requirements. Manage incorporation, licensing, notarisation, certification, legalisation, employer registrations, licence renewals, statutory filings, and local regulatory obligations, finding the most efficient routes at scale-up pace.
  • Keep entities compliant. Maintain corporate records and manage renewals, registrations, filings, director/shareholder changes, board and shareholder resolutions, POAs, UBO updates, and registered office requirements. Ensure each entity stays in good standing and transitions smoothly to business-as-usual.
  • Broaden your impact. Contribute to vendor and corporate legal matters: NDAs, vendor agreements, banking documentation, lease agreements, procurement reviews, contract templates, legal playbooks, and legal ops improvements more broadly.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 4 to 6 years in company secretarial, corporate governance, entity management, or paralegal work, ideally at a corporate service provider, incorporation specialist, or a larger company's corporate affairs or legal function (must have).
  • Hands-on ownership of corporate records, statutory filings, and board and shareholder resolutions across multiple entities, including drafting resolutions independently, not just filing them (must have).
  • Experience supporting a multi-entity or multinational group across jurisdictions (must have).
  • Strong project management, keeping multiple workstreams, providers, and stakeholders on track at once.
  • Excellent communication, credible with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Familiar with notarisation, certification, and legalisation of corporate documents.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fully remote, fast-moving scale-up.
  • Fluent in English.

You'll Thrive in This Role If

  • You like owning a process start to finish and making sure it lands.
  • You're energised by leading cross-functional teams and partners toward a clear outcome.
  • You're confident engaging senior stakeholders and communicating progress clearly.
  • You spot problems before they become issues.
  • You want broad responsibility and room to grow your remit.
