The opportunity
The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for the seamless execution of content, merchandising, and promotional updates across the website and app. Acting as the key operational owner of day-to-day digital touchpoints, this role ensures the brand’s product stories are brought to life with accuracy, agility, and commercial intent. They will partner cross-functionally with Design, Studio, Merch, Planning, Digital Marketing and CRM to support high-impact campaigns, ensure the site is always optimised and up to date, and continuously seek ways to improve the customer journey, conversion, and product discoverability.
Key responsibilities:
- Website & App Content Management
- Own the daily execution of homepage updates, content modules, release launches, and promotional refreshes across both web and app.
- Brief and manage creative asset requirements for all website and app placements.
- Ensure all content is aligned to GTM and marketing calendar, brand standards, and UX best practice.
- Site Merchandising
- Merchandise key product listing pages (PLPs) based on performance data, newness, margin, and internal stakeholder priorities.
- Action merchandising briefs and requests from Merch, Planning, Digital Marketing and CRM.
- Create and maintain promotional and seasonal collections in line with campaign requirements and SEO guidelines.
- Delegate to the eCommerce Assistant as needed
- eCommerce Product Coordination
- Action eCommerce objectives in the “Products Not Live” report and work cross-functionally to resolve product delays and visibility issues.
- Support execution of Not For Sale initiatives and App exclusive product programs, including updates, tracking, and reporting.
- Manage the set-up and go-live process for raffles and product releases.
- Optimisation & Projects
- Drive conversion and UX enhancements through execution of A/B tests across homepage and product upsell zones.
- Contribute to larger optimisation and re-platforming projects; lead smaller enhancements independently.
- Maintain oversight of core site hygiene tasks including 404s, link audits, and navigation accuracy.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Support weekly and campaign-based eCommerce reporting on site metrics, merchandising performance, and product performance.
- Use data to identify improvement opportunities and inform content prioritisation.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor the Ecommerce Assistant to build capability in day-to-day site operations, product uploads, and campaign execution.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring clear priorities, timelines, and quality standards are met.
- Foster a collaborative and proactive working relationship across the Ecommerce and Digital teams.
- Conduct regular check-ins to guide performance, set goals, and provide constructive feedback.
