Dutch Speaking Sales Specialist (remote in Bulgaria)- Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy MD is actively seeking a talented Dutch Speaking Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team, offering the chance to work (remotely) from Bulgaria with the added benefit of paid relocation. In this exciting role, you will leverage your language skills and sales expertise to engage with Dutch-speaking clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that promote our portfolio of services.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage potential clients in the Dutch market through research and outreach.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage the sales process, and document all client interactions.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation strategies and contribute to promotional campaigns.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.

• Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in English will be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to selling.
• Strong organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks effectively.
• High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with sales and CRM software to track performance metrics.
• Willingness to embrace relocation to Bulgaria for the duration of the role.
