Our client is a creative performance agency scaling culture-forward brands through sharp strategy and scroll-stopping creative. They work with fast-growing companies like Cacti (Travis Scott), Alice Mushrooms, Beboe, Incredibles, 1906, Rythm, and Señorita, blending storytelling, data, and conversion to build brands that move product and culture.
The Role
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Creative. A hands-on visual operator who’s comfortable designing a high-converting email, web section, or paid ad. You’ll create campaign-ready assets across Instagram, TikTok, email, and landing pages, while using performance data and creative briefs to concept new ad ideas. As a bonus, we’d love it if you’re comfortable hopping into editing short UGC videos for paid social ads.
This isn’t a role for someone who only wants to be “given direction.” You’ll be expected to bring taste, speed, and ideas, and know when to bend the brandbook in service of performance.
What You’ll Do
- Design ads for Instagram and TikTok in static, carousel, and UGC-style formats
- Design ads, emails and landing pages in Figma based on brand guidelines and CRO principles
- Come up with new ad concepts based on performance data, hooks, and scroll behavior
- Write basic copy for paid ads and headlines when needed
- Translate creative briefs into fully flight-ready assets for ad launch
Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Media Buyers, and Account Managers on fast-moving client accounts - Nice to have: Edit short-form video content, primarily UGC ads with captions, hooks, and transitions
Requirements
You’d Be a Great Fit If You...
- Are a multi-format creative who can move between design and video comfortably
- Have 2-4 years experience in a creative role at a performance agency or DTC brands
- Are fluent in Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects/Premiere, and Google Slides
- Understand ad creative strategy - hooks, angles, and thumb-stopping moments
- Are comfortable writing ad headlines, CTAs, and short-form copy
- Know how to balance brand aesthetic with performance testing
- Can manage yourself in a fast-paced environment with multiple rounds of iteration
- Nice to have: Can edit UGC videos (cuts, captions, VOs, overlays, effects) that actually perform
Bonus Points If You...
- Have motion or 3D design skills
- Have experience designing for Shopify or Webflow
- Have worked with cannabis, wellness, or CPG brands
- Are curious about creative testing frameworks and performance data
