Delivery Consultant - US Tech Market

Job Overview

Join a high-performing UK-based recruitment business as a Delivery Consultant, supporting searches across the US tech sector. You’ll work directly with two exceptional founders who are delivering at the pace and scale of a full team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of the tech landscape, and excels at candidate sourcing via LinkedIn.
With flexible working hours aligned to the US market and a focused remit on finding top-tier candidates, you’ll play a pivotal part in the continued growth of a boutique but incredibly efficient recruitment operation.

Salary: R30 000 – R35 000 per month (depending on experience)
Working Hours: US hours (10am–8pm, 11am–9pm, or 12pm–10pm UK time) – flexibility available

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with tech and go-to-market (GTM) professionals on LinkedIn.
• Source candidates for roles such as software engineers, DevOps specialists, sales executives, and account managers.
• Conduct surface-level screening to assess basic fit and interest.
• Coordinate candidate interviews by scheduling meetings with the founders, Andrew or Ross.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking of candidate pipelines and outreach efforts.
• Stay informed about tech industry trends, job titles, and key skill sets (e.g., front-end vs back-end development, programming languages).

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in tech recruitment, resourcing, or delivery consulting is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of tech roles and terminology (e.g., JavaScript, AWS, DevOps, SaaS sales).
• Comfortable working during US hours (e.g., 5pm–3am SAST).
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently while being part of a remote team.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop.
