Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to understand their engineering recruitment needs and expectations
  • Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques to build a robust talent pipeline
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit for clients
  • Facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, managing feedback and communications
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities within the engineering sector
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
  • Organize recruitment campaigns, attending industry events to network and promote company services

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering field
  • Strong understanding of the engineering industry and key roles within it
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation skills and a result-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for sourcing candidates
