Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their engineering recruitment needs and expectations
- Source and screen candidates using various platforms and techniques to build a robust talent pipeline
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical skills and cultural fit for clients
- Facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates, managing feedback and communications
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities within the engineering sector
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Organize recruitment campaigns, attending industry events to network and promote company services
Experience and Skills Required:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the engineering field
- Strong understanding of the engineering industry and key roles within it
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Strong negotiation skills and a result-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Proficiency in using social media and professional networks for sourcing candidates
