Duties and Responsibilities:

● Report to the Database team

● Work closely with the team in delivering databases for the local FMCG marketplace

● Link products appearing in weekly grocery, liquor and pharmacy retailer catalogues to partially matched databases

● Locate and match missing or incomplete product group names by following a prescribed data linking process

● Partially complete databases provided in excel format to the Clerk each week for completion within the week

● Delivery weekly updates for industry specific software

Qualifications and Experience:

● At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Data Entry

● Has background in web-search skills and database management

● Basic MS Excel skills

● Excellent attention to detail

● Strong communication skills both verbal and written

● Ability to maintain quality of work in repetitive tasks

● Technical aptitude skills

● Willingness to learn

● Ability to remain focused

● Experience or familiarity with relational data tables would be nice to have

● Experience or knowledge of grocery, liquor or pharmacy products would be an advantage

● Experience with Power BI or Power Query would be an advantage
