Overmind makes it easy for everyone, regardless of what coding experience they have, to continue to learn, earn, and grow through a series of quests, and find their next role in web3. Overmind quests are designed in partnership with web3 companies hiring in collaboration with Overmind, including start-ups from within the Aptos ecosystem. You will be responsible for managing the company’s user acquisition and retention funnels. You will develop, implement, track, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms. You will own our BI and CRM dashboards and measure the success of our marketing channels and efforts. We expect you to run experiments and iterate on the highest ROI growth strategies. You will work closely with a small team and take ownership of important projects from the get-go.
