About The Role:

We’re looking for a Customer Success & Vendor Operations Specialist to support our vendor management and operational workflows. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless vendor onboarding, compliance tracking, and purchase order coordination across our brands. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with strong communication skills and an operational mindset.

Requirements

  • Manage the vendor setup process, ensuring all documentation, system entries, and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with company policies, operational requirements, and retail partner standards.
  • Coordinate purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update internal trackers, databases, and shared documents for vendor records, POs, and performance metrics.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors to provide support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Logistics, and Business Development teams to maintain alignment on deliverables.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of required forms, compliance certificates, and documentation for new and existing vendors.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to streamline vendor setup and PO management workflows.

Qualifications 

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in vendor coordination, procurement operations, or customer success (e-commerce or retail preferred).
  • Familiarity with PO workflows, compliance tracking, and documentation management.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
