Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce CRM Architect & Multidisciplinary Leader with 8+ years of experience to drive the evolution of our Salesforce implementation and lead complex, cross-functional programs across our organization. As a key leader, you will combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise to not only optimize our Salesforce ecosystem but also manage and scale critical initiatives outside of Salesforce, delivering value across the business. This role requires greenfield implementation knowledge, where you will build scalable systems and processes from the ground up.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in Salesforce architecture and program management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale implementations and complex cross-functional initiatives both within and outside of Salesforce.
- Greenfield Implementation Expertise: Knowledge and experience in leading greenfield implementations, building scalable systems, processes, and integrations from the ground up in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs) and a deep understanding of CRM processes, including Sales, Marketing, and Service environments.
- Cross-Disciplinary Program Management: Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex programs beyond Salesforce, with experience in managing teams across diverse disciplines (e.g., product development, engineering, operations).
- Integration & Automation Skills: Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other business systems, leveraging iPaaS tools, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency across departments.
- Strategic Vision & Business Acumen: Ability to think strategically, balancing technical execution with business outcomes, and capable of driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve company goals.
- Clear Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the business.
- Certifications: Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect) are highly desirable. Additional certifications or experience in program management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
- Adaptability & Growth Mindset: A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is comfortable navigating the challenges of scaling a robotics-driven, autonomous ride-hailing business.
Bonus Qualifications
- Possess a solid understanding of the ARIBA systems landscape and procurement processes
- Prior experience developing and maintaining seamless integrations between SAP and third-party systems, encompassing CRM platforms, payment gateways, and other enterprise applications
- Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in SAP technology, proactively identifying opportunities for process refinement and system enhancements
