Compliance Officer

Salary: R29 000 – R30 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Compliance Officer for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure organisational compliance with UK regulatory requirements
• Review and update internal policies and procedures to reflect current legislation
• Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments and report findings
• Train staff on compliance obligations, codes of conduct and best practices
• Liaise with regulators and external auditors as required
• Maintain compliance registers, documentation and reporting systems

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in compliance, risk management or regulatory affairs
• Sound knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
• Strong analytical and report-writing skills in English
• Detail-oriented with high standards of accuracy and integrity
• Experience with compliance management software advantageous
