This role will drive communication strategies that connect employees to Flynn's culture, values, and business priorities while ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience. The successful candidate will oversee internal communication channels, support executive messaging and organizational change initiatives, lead a small communications team, and manage external marketing and creative partners.
