Client Solutions Analyst - Remote

As a Client Solutions Analyst, you will partner with Client Services, Sales, and Operations to support clients throughout onboarding. You will blend client relationship management, technical fluency, and product expertise. You will report to the Director and Client Services. You will work remotely in this position, and must be located in the Eastern Time Zone to be available during international business hours.

You will:

• Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to integrate our products
• Develop expertise in our product offerings
• Use technical knowledge to support implementation and provide ongoing technical assistance
• Be an important client contact through calls, presentations, and high-touch email communication
• Troubleshoot production, data, and processing issues independently while collaborating across teams
• Prioritize and respond to technical support tickets through our ticketing system, ensuring resolution

• Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or relevant technical certification(s)
• 5+ years of experience in client support
• Located in Eastern Time zone (EST/ET) and available during international business hours
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients or partners
• Experience leading client presentations
• Preferred: Experience working with API integrations and REST web services
• Preferred: Knowledge of database structures and queries, as well as data transfer methods including SFTP and AWS S3
