Chargé(e) de comptes - Account Manager

Votre quotidien chez Vitreco
Bâtir de solides relations avec les clients sur le long-terme
· Aider à croître le chiffre d’affaires du Service Vitrerie
· Travailler de concert avec l’équipe Nationale du Service pour établir une présence locale et pour aider à tisser des liens locaux avec les clients nationaux
· Communiquer avec la clientèle existante et expliquer l’offre de service du Service Flynn
· Faire des suivis réguliers sur les soumissions et devis
· Participer à des événements associatifs, sectoriels ou toute autre activité de réseautage
· Planifier et assister à des réunions avec les clients à des endroits différents, basé sur les préférences de ces derniers
· Travailler avec les équipes locales et nationales du Service pour faire la promotion de la marque Flynn et de l’offre de service via le marketing et les réseaux sociaux.
Compétences techniques et responsabilités
· Bien maîtriser et préparer les relevés et estimés pour les projets assignés dans les délais prescrits
· Compléter les bons de commandes, relevés et estimés de manière concise et dans les délais prescrits
· Mener des présentations virtuelles
· Soutenir les initiatives de l’entreprise et les objectifs du développement des affaires

· Fortes habiletés en communication, organisation et excellente gestion du temps
· Polyvalence et capacité à travailler dans un environnement d’équipe à cadence rapide
· Capacité à développer et entretenir de solides relations interpersonnelles
· Esprit entrepreneurial et motivé à faire croître l’entreprise
· Expérience avec les logiciels spécifiques à ce poste (Suite Office, Bluebeam, AutoCad)
· Excellente compréhension de documents contractuels
A Day in the Life
Building strong and long-lasting relationships
· Help grow and build our Service Glazing business
· Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients
· Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
· Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
· Attend association, industry, and networking events
· Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
· Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
Technical skills and responsibilities
· Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
· Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner
· Ability to conduct presentations virtually
· Supporting corporate initiatives and business development objectives
