Campaign Management- User Growth

We are looking for an experienced Campaign Manager who will manage end-to-end growth campaign execution and will analyze campaign performance, run experiments, optimize engagement/conversion, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.

●2+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Operations, preferably in a consumer tech or fintech environment, with strong campaign execution expertise.

● Strong proficiency in Clevertap, AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to improve operational efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance campaign processes.

●Manage end-to-end execution of cashback, CLM, push, and banner campaigns, including CleverTap setup, segmentation, targeting, scheduling, and QC.

●Collaborate with Growth, CLM, Marketing, Design, Promo, and Tech teams for seamless execution and timely resolution of dependencies.

● Analyze campaign performance, drive experimentation and optimization, and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.

●Demonstrate strong ownership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and execution skills, with the ability to work independently.
