The Role 🥳

We’re looking for our first Business, Strategy & Operations Lead to work directly with our founders on the highest impact priorities. This role blends strategy, finance, and execution in a fast-scaling AI startup. You’ll solve ambiguous problems, shape new market entry, and drive operational excellence thriving in ambiguity and a bias toward action.

Your Impact 💥

• Develop and execute strategies that unlock high-impact opportunities and global market expansion.

• Conduct market and competitive analysis to design go-to-market strategies.

• Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to guide executive and board decisions.

• Rapidly scope, structure, and solve cross-functional business challenges.

• Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and scale processes sustainably.

• Lead special projects ranging from new market plays, partnership initiatives, operational improvements, or founder-priority strategic bets.
  

What We’re Looking For 🧠

• 2–5 years’ experience in Big 3 consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)

• Strong structured problem-solving skills and a clear communication style.

• Excellent financial and analytical acumen, with the ability to build detailed models as well as produce fast, directional modelling to support decisions.

• Bias for action, high ownership, and comfort operating as a generalist.

• STEM/Legal/Maths degree preferred.

• Prior experience in tech or startups is highly valued.

• Genuine deep interest in AI and eagerness to learn the agent ecosystem quickly.
