About the Business Manager, Metasearch role

Demand Plus is our managed digital ad product for hotels that enables our customers to list their direct rates on key metasearch sites such as Google Hotel Ads, Tripadvisor and Trivago. As a critical engine for transactional revenue, this product is central to the company's aggressive growth targets.

As our Business Manager for Metasearch, you will work closely with the Senior Director, Metasearch & Pay and be responsible for the customer and revenue growth generated by Demand Plus. You will own the optimisation of go-to-market, business processes and the overall customer experience. This role requires close collaboration with a broad range of internal stakeholders and external partners to accelerate commercial growth and drive positive customer impact.

What you will do...

  • Own and execute the metasearch growth strategy, focusing on measurable improvements in customer adoption, revenue growth, and share of wallet across our ∼50,000+ hotel portfolio

  • Work closely with the Hotel Ads SEM team on margin management and implementation of bidding strategies across our customer portfolio to maximise ROI and efficiency

  • Lead the delivery of strategic initiatives, including pricing strategies, new optimisation plays, and the launch/scaling of new metasearch products on the roadmap to drive overall commercial growth

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams on R&D for future product-led growth, and work with Sales, Onboarding, and Ecosystem Partnerships on customer acquisition

  • Manage key strategic relationships with metasearch platforms (Google, Tripadvisor, Trivago) to unlock new features, commercial terms, and growth opportunities

What you have

  • Background in management consulting or high-impact growth roles in a high-growth SaaS environment, with experience in digital marketing or transactional business models

  • Proven experience in driving go-to-market programs with strong stakeholder management skills across all levels of leadership

  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated track record of transforming complex, ambiguous datasets into clear, actionable business strategies.

  • Comfortable communicating complex analyses effectively and using insights to effect change. Experience leveraging AI/ML tools for forecasting or strategy analysis is a plus.

  • Consultative approach, ability to develop solutions and present business cases for assessment and iteration with senior leadership

  • Excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; exceptionally comfortable with ambiguity and decision-making in the absence of perfect information

  • Curious, with a strong growth mindset and ambition to seek and test opportunities that build business value

  • Basic SQL experience is a plus
