Job Summary
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on generating pipeline and booking meetings with decision-makers in the IT solutions and consulting space. You’ll focus on prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting discovery calls for Account Executives.
If you have a background in B2B tech sales, lead generation, or IT consulting outreach, this role offers a clear pathway to grow into an Account Executive position.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls targeting IT Directors, CIOs, and CTOs.
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain organized outreach activity using HubSpot CRM and other sales tools.
- Book and schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
- Track pipeline metrics, meeting ratios, and conversion data to meet performance targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation, in IT consulting, cloud solutions, or managed services.
- Comfortable doing high volume cold calling (100+)
- Fluent in English (verbal & written). Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing tools.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts (e.g., cybersecurity, networking, cloud migration).
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to handle high-volume outreach.
