Our Business Development Representative (BDR) team is looking for a driven, goal oriented, and intrinsically motivated self-starter with a proven track record in high-performing remote sales environments to join us as a BDR (DACH). In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our potential customers in the DACH region. You will reach out to them through various channels (phone, email, and LinkedIn) to introduce our EOR platform and schedule virtual walkthroughs with our Account Executives (AEs).
Requirements
- Be the first point of contact for potential DACH clients
- Reach out via phone, email and LinkedIn
- Identify their need for an EOR solution and uncover key pain points
- Spark interest in our platform and guide them toward a virtual walkthrough
- Schedule demos for our Account Executives
What we are looking for:
- Native, native-like or fluent German + fluent level of English Experience in BDR/SDR roles: Minimum of 1 year in a Business Development Representative or Sales Development Representative position.
- Remote work experience: At least 1 year of experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team setup.
- Cold calling & outbound experience: Comfortable with making minimum 100 calls/day, minimum 1 year of proven success in outbound sales, including cold calling.
- Target- and KPI-driven: Comfortable and experienced with working towards goals, quotas and performance metrics (meetings booked, quotas hit, calls made)
- Self-starter mindset: Highly motivated and proactive; eager to try new approaches, learn quickly and communicate openly.
- Time Zone: Based within +/-2 hours from CET zone
