Are you a commercially minded recruiter who thrives on building relationships and generating new business? Our client, a rapidly growing UK-based education recruitment agency, is expanding its international footprint and is looking for experienced 360 Recruiters with a strong focus on Business Development and Client Engagement.
In this role, you’ll not only manage the full recruitment cycle but will own the client development process — from identifying new school partnerships to nurturing long-term relationships and delivering high-quality international staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Business Development efforts: Identify, contact, and onboard new school clients across the UK.
- Build long-term client partnerships: Develop relationships with Heads, HR managers, and school leadership teams to understand hiring needs and create tailored recruitment solutions.
- Own the full 360 process: From client acquisition through to candidate sourcing, screening, compliance, and placement.
- Pipeline and lead management: Actively manage your client portfolio and track progress against revenue goals and BD KPIs.
- Cross-collaborate: Work with internal recruitment teams to ensure high-quality candidate delivery for your clients.
- Market intelligence: Stay up-to-date with education recruitment trends, competitor activity, and international candidate markets to identify new business opportunities.

- Proven track record in business development — able to demonstrate:
- Number of new client accounts won
- Monthly or quarterly revenue achieved
- Conversion rates or client retention metrics
- Confident in outbound engagement (calls, email, LinkedIn) and building rapport quickly.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRMs, video platforms, and online sourcing tools.
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working across time zones.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and own laptop.
