Business Analytics Specialist - investments & insurance

As a Business Analytics Specialist, you will analyze data across business areas to support performance monitoring and decision-making. Working with growing independence, you will build reports and models and deliver insights that guide operational and strategic choices.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build analyses, dashboards, and reports on business performance.
• Partner with teams to define metrics and requirements.
• Surface insights and recommendations from data.
• Monitor key metrics and flag trends.
• Support analytics standards and data quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
• Prior experience in analytics or data analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with investments or insurance products is a plus
