Brand Designer - LATAM (Remote)

NILO® is one of the fastest growing Beverage Brands in the US. We are looking to hire an exceptional Brand Designer to join our team. This role combines brand design, content creation, community engagement, and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for branding design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage digital marketing initiatives while ensuring NILO® online store operations.

What You’ll Do

• Brand Design: Create and update packaging, labels, marketing materials, and digital content while ensuring consistent brand identity.
• Social Media Content: Create Social Media content while ensuring consistent brand identity and community engagement
• E-Commerce Operations: Oversee daily Shopify orders, maintain and optimize product listings on our e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Instacart, Amazon, etc. Monitor website/app performance, and provide sales and performance reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing,  Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in brand design, marketing coordination, or a similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools.
• Strong copywriting and digital content creation skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and influencer collaborations.
• Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio showcasing brand design, digital content, and marketing projects is required.”
