Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 4+years
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow Source to Pay (S2P) and ITSM modules
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal and UI Builder
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments
  • Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party and enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
  • Experience with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
  • Experience in developing and configuring custom ServiceNow applications and workflows
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices
  • Experience in performing component integration testing and troubleshooting issues
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in CSM, GRC, or HRSD modules will be an added advantage
  • ITIL knowledge is preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with global teams to implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions across multiple locations
  • Provide technical expertise for ServiceNow development, primarily within Source to Pay (S2P) and ITSM modules
  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications
  • Gather, analyze, and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to support business processes
  • Develop platform capabilities using ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
  • Build and enhance user experiences using Service Portal and UI Builder
  • Develop solutions using Jelly Scripting and AngularJS where required
  • Perform component integration testing and ensure quality deliverables
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and platform-related issues
  • Support process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams for successful project delivery
  • Participate in design discussions and provide recommendations for scalable ServiceNow implementations
  • Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
