We are seeking a seasoned Android Software Engineer to join our mobile development team and play a key role in evolving our existing Android application. Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
- Strong professional experience building and shipping Android applications/features.
Proficiency in Kotlin.
- Deep understanding of Android SDKs and APIs across different OS versions.
- Experience working with large-scale applications and complex architectures.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, HTTP, and asynchronous data handling.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Experience with performance optimization.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and collaboration with design teams.
Experience with Git/version control.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred / Plus
Experience with Jetpack Compose.
- Experience contributing to architectural and technical decisions.
Experience mentoring junior Android developers.
