Challenge ahead: 

We are looking for an AI Evangelist to lead the adoption and integration of Artificial Intelligence within our R&D organization. This role is ideal for a technically experienced leader—someone who has managed teams or projects before and is now deeply passionate about the transformative potential of AI. The AI Evangelist will act as the go-to champion for AI, inspiring R&D teams, identifying opportunities, and ensuring that AI-powered solutions are embedded into our development workflows and product innovation processes.

What you will work on: 

• AI Advocacy & Vision
• Inspire and educate R&D teams on the potential of AI, showcasing practical use cases.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies, and assess their relevance to our R&D efforts.
• Strategy & Integration
• Partner with R&D leadership to design and execute an AI adoption strategy.
• Identify opportunities to enhance product development, testing, and research processes with AI.
• Ensure that AI is leveraged across the entire R&D lifecycle—from ideation to deployment.
• Enablement & Education
• Build and deliver internal workshops, training sessions, and best practices for R&D staff.
  Act as a trusted advisor to engineers, researchers, and product teams exploring AI initiatives.
• Implementation & Measurement
• Lead pilot projects within R&D to validate AI-driven approaches, measure impact, and scale successful solutions.
• Define KPIs for AI adoption in R&D and track progress.
  

What we are looking for: 

• Technical & Leadership Background
• Prior experience in a technical role (engineering, research, product development, or related).
• Proven leadership/management experience (team lead, manager, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of modern software development and R&D workflows.
• AI Knowledge & Passion
• Enthusiastic about the potential of AI and hands-on with modern AI tools and platforms.
• Ability to connect AI capabilities to real-world R&D challenges and opportunities.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to inspire and influence R&D stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to bridge across engineering, research, and product teams.
