Your role:
Your key duties and responsibilities
- Ensure accurate general ledger accounting in compliance with national and international accounting standards (OIC/IFRS)
- Manage periodic tax obligations (VAT, corporate income taxes, withholding taxes, tax returns)
- Support the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
- Monitor changes in tax and accounting regulations, assessing their impact on the company
- Manage relationships with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities
- Collaborate with the Finance team and other departments to ensure proper application of tax regulations across business processes
- Contribute to the improvement of accounting and tax processes, including ERP system optimization
- Contribute to manage accounting aspects relating to HR management

You may be asked to support additional finance-related tasks as your role evolves.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
- Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance (preferably with honors)
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting and tax, preferably in structured environments or consulting firms (Big 4)
- In-depth knowledge of Italian accounting principles (OIC) and international standards (IFRS)
- Strong understanding of Italian tax regulations
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
- Accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of English
- Availability to travel weekly to the company location in Emilia-Romagna
