Account Service Coordinator
The Account Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Accounts team by providing operational assistance to the Account Managers. This role ensures customer satisfaction through effective teamwork and communication with Support Centers, third-party Business Partners, and the Account Team. The Coordinator delivers top-notch support, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and account management assistance.
Responsibilities
Manage and respond to emails in the National Accounts inbox in a timely and professional manner.
Provide day-to-day support to National Account Managers (NAMs).
Assist with general account administration and coordination with internal teams.
Special Services Requests
Review customer Special Services Requests for accuracy and completeness.
Input and process Special Services Requests in the system.
Special Services & Billing Support
Action approved Special Services requests.
Process customer credits.
Review and process pricing increase requests.
Contract Management
Review and process contract termination requests.
Ensure all required updates and documentation are completed accurately.
