About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will act as the main point of contact for assigned ecommerce or beauty accounts, working closely with internal cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with cross-channel experience who is passionate about driving results, building client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client-centric Communication: Manage day-to-day client interactions including strategic updates, workflow approvals, and proactive communication to keep clients and internal teams informed.
  • Project Management: Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and meet business objectives; identify and overcome roadblocks to maintain forward momentum.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that leverage paid, owned, and earned channels, aligning with client priorities and objectives.
  • Data-driven Insights: Analyze campaign performance using first-party data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, Salesforce) to identify opportunities and inform actionable recommendations.
  • Rapport Building: Establish strong client relationships, act as a trusted partner, and build collaborative internal account team relationships.
  • Client Portfolio & Retention: Manage a diverse set of accounts, support contract renewals, and work with leadership to identify service expansion opportunities.
  • Innovation & Optimization: Employ AI and other technologies to enhance processes and optimize campaign results; leverage internal platforms like Nova to improve efficiency.
  • Other Tasks: Support additional projects as assigned by Client Services leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2+ years of cross-channel account management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid, owned, earned), attribution, reporting, optimization, and campaign analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, or similar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience providing strategic recommendations to executives.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills; able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving skills, and eagerness for continued learning.
