Job Summary

As a High-Call Volume Account Executive, you’ll manage a steady stream of inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects and closing quick-turn deals. You’ll handle 60–100 calls per day, converting warm leads into paying customers through persuasive communication and a structured sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 60–100+ outbound/inbound calls daily to qualify and convert prospects.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads via CRM, phone, and email.
  • Present product demos and articulate value propositions clearly and quickly.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent activity and timely follow-ups.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quota targets for conversions and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound/inbound sales or appointment setting.
  • Experience closing deals within a B2B setting
  • Comfortable conducting high call volumes and closing deals
  • Proven track record of hitting call and conversion quotas.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with strong time management skills.
