• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including understanding client needs, sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Develop strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking to attract top talent.
• Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to ensure the right fit for client positions.
• Work collaboratively with clients to define their recruitment strategies and provide tailored solutions.
• Keep detailed records and updates in our recruitment management system to maintain an organized recruitment process.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to both candidates and clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role or similar.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
